GBI management has done well in persevering shareholder's value by avoiding large dilution as evident in the latest announcement & the small placements of convertible notes each quarter.

Luminex's xMAP platform (automated instrument & beads) would be a direct competitor to GBI's Ampa-sand/Q-sand platforms & the Sirocco automated instrument. Wonder how GBI's platforms stacks up against Luminex's?
