Its a case of what comes first the chicken or the egg with IMI's proposed takeover. No building loan until tenants are signed up and maybe no tenants until loan is secure.
But in a low interest rate environment better terms are being sought!
Meanwhile IMI is burning cash for undisclosed activities and likely another CR will be needed within the next few weeks to get through this quarter and into the next.
