imo cr is currently off the agenda.
the tax rebate came in this quarter in 2013 and cancelled out the spend. That should happen again for this current quarter and PYC will still have $4mil into Oct.
I have posted before about financial institutions offering loans against pending tax rebates. imo this type of loan could be useful in stretching the cash runway out a month or two to reach the Sept2015 tax rebate.
Also, I spoke to RH this week and he believes the cash runway will reach into late 2015.
