Oblivion path pretty accurate if no Novaquest $20m. Never saying that they could not raise it in the current pharma environment - just would need to rely on a rich benefactor who could see their suite of products being of benefit to patients.
Based on the share register, they already have a few, though unfortunately they wouldn't be as rich right now as they bought in in significant volume at >$1.
