    Have a look, but a lot riding on the Novaquest action [be it continued funding per agreement, a payout in compensation, or a US court case]. Novaquest likely pushing things out to have PXS just dies, PXS hoping Novaquest doesn't have the guts, or PXS hoping for another funder. Maybe a few more options also...
