I'm not an accountant or expert in Cashflow Reports, but my understanding is that they only include financial transactions involving the actual receipt or paying of money.
Thus Sales which are invoiced but not received will not appear anywhere on the cashflow report. If payment is received from such a sale in the following quarter it will be included in the receipts reported in the following quarter.
The "Other Working Capital" payment category seems to be a catch-all for anything which doesnt fit in the other payment categories. It could be, for example, office leasing and expenses (cleaning, utilities, phone, stationary, computers, etc) or payments to external service providers (consultants, accountants, auditors, lawyers)
Given the large amount of the "Other Working Capital" in comparison to previous reports, it needs some explanation.
