this is no joke, and it's no joke for two reasons.
Firstly, it gives the company the option (at least in theory) of going into manufacture themselves.
Secondly, and maybe more likely, if NEU works out the bulk manufacturing, it means they have the "complete package" to sell to big pharma, which ups the value (as it's a substantial reduction in risk and research needed to take the product to market)
