Whilst I am not arguing with your sentiment POS, there is one important caveat, that being that the tick in the biggest box of all becomes a reality and moves from being a potential tick to one based in factual reality - ie that the drug(s) show demonstrable efficacy in the indication(s) for which they are being tested. Although indications are thus far positive for NZ2566 in Rett's, there is still a long way to go and therein lies the biggest risk. That being said, I am prepared to take the gamble, but that is what I see it as. For me, there are still one or more potential binary outcome hurdles to negotiate.
