Simple on paper, but management still operational so corporate costs this year might be a little high $500K+.
I would be curious as to there use for the cash also. Any evidence suggesting a distribution is in order?
I am weary of the potential mining ties this company may have, especially with OKJ a 15% shareholder having mining investments, may be some communication between these two entities.
30% upside may not be a large enough margin of safety.
