Beale/others: Do not really understand why SUD holders are so afraid of a potential CR?! After all, small companies like SUDA do need adequate funding going forward and I would rather like to see the company well-funded than under-funded.
It is normal for an investor in the biotech/small pharma area to live with "ongoing dilution" for a while. (In fact shareholders normally do have the chance at the inflection point to purchase additional stock in order to not get diluted....only IF they wish to do so, of course!) Anyhow, this "issue" should not really matter too much at all IF the outcome at the end is a good/great one - as SUD holder are hoping for.
All JIMHO, of course.
