Mind you, ASIC did concern itself with GCN's claim for the value of its Goodwill Assets. They must now be impaired. ASIC even used the case of GCN as an example to other companies.

On many previous occasions GCN has claimed it is an ongoing concern because of the availability of SIS's loan facility. Its accounts for the previous quarter now make no mention of this availability. This is what I think ASX should question GCN about.
