    IMO the more than doubling of head count & the Pantha acquisition
    is the way to go. Looks like moving very fast up the food chain
    but patience will be needed for a couple more years.

    The journey's only just started. Crazy to be selling out here I believe.
    Averaging down with patient money is my plan.
