I have seen the photo (in the UK activities section of the announcement) ,of CETO 6 in the wave tank before. I asked then if anyone could explain why the Power Take Off is separate to the buoy? I was of the belief that CETO 6 had onboard PTO.

I am wondering if this testing is being done in conjunction with Bosch Rexworth using an external linear actuator as the PTO?

It says that, "collaborative R & D." is being done as part of the WaveHub project. Could it be that Carnegie will be trialling a CETO 6 with Bosch Rexroth's power take off unit?

I tried to copy the image but was unable to do so. If you look at the photo in the announcement you will see that the buoy and PTO are both labelled.
