Hi Nedved. From memory the annual report stated they had committed to 2.5 million or 2.9 million one of those figures. So if they have spent 2.1 they are either done with 400k under budget or still plan to spend around another 500k before year end.
As the amount is a subsidy to distributors there is no possible way for the amount of be capitalized. I agree the market does not like them but this year they will be minimal compared to the 2014 year.
