We're talking about China, working around the clock - it should take a matter of days (not weeks) to refurb a store. If they can build skyscrapers within a month (see link below), then one would assume a simple retail shop refurb could be done in days:

Also, Cash Receipts for a retail based business should reflect revenue quite closely, within roughly 3 days. Retail Businesses sell directly to the consumer and gather cash immediately, at the most there will be a 3 day wait on credit card receipts.
