I take you point about solvency.
Looking again through ASX's quizzing of GCN's last half yearly, I see ASX's questions relate to GCN's claims to be a going concern.
I'll bet that GCN's announcements are now flagged for scrutiny by ASX, and we shall in a week or two see a GCN response to yet another grilling over being a going concern.
The danger for GCN is surely the lack of mention of SIS credit facilities in the last quarterly. These have been a long standing 'get out of jail free card', in GCN's claims to be a going concern. And it is not as if GCN now has no need for credit facilities - with no income, massive liabilities, and impaired assets.
