While it's prudent to check for reasons to not invest in a company, sometimes you miss the obvious positives while choosing to zone in on addressable issues. The company is closer than ever to becoming cash flow positive, there is plenty of capital for the next 12 months, and there are alternatives to a CR such as taking out a loan. Personally expect a clear path to profitability to be presented at the AGM.
