Absolutely correct .... time does tell. Actually in this case it YELLS about 15 years of failure. For the past four quarters a company with zero revenue reported in a year. The ASX should have a Hall of Fame for zero revenue earners in a full financial year. Every homeless beggars on the streets in the city earns more than this company. Yes, time certainly does tell.
