Not knowing how the harvesting is done, maybe someone out there knows.
If they get an order do they then pluck the fish out and send to customer?
Do they have schooling nets that have fish of approx. same kg. so that fish don't
have to be sorted ? (I imagine that age and kg. run in Parallel)
Do they harvest at a certain weight and hope to unload?
If not, do they let the fish run up to higher kg, which may or may not be what most customers want?
ie: overweight.
Anyway, I am disappointed too. have lost money on this stock in the past, but was looking for better news on
sales.
No doubt there is a market out there....just need to get buyers. Surely it can't be that hard for such a palatable fish.???? Maybe it is a bit of the old boy network ...people helping others out and not dropping an old customer to service a new one? Or maybe a bribe is necessary (shouldn't be , and one bribe is almost always followed by others).
