I agree with you Galba, it is pretty much the way I see it as well with a couple of caveats:
I am not into punting, so would be looking for a high reward/low risk entry which is not today
No-one is talking about PE ratios, but it is apparent they are now well behind on their own revenue projections (which I remember hearing clearing from the horses mouth $20 or $25 mill by end of 2015) - at some point it is going to have to prove revenue. I am well aware of the fact that US tech stocks can rocket to sky high multiples on potential - but if we get a ripping bear market...well...hmm (just look at how the NASDAQ went last week - some people think even Apple is a risk due to sales in China).
There could be great value in the 1billion + profiles - but to be honest, unless they are integrated in with businesses in real time, those profiles will become less valuable every day - why? Because HR are really mainly interested in what you are doing over the past few years...that is why Linkedin is so powerful...and I just can't see a massive database like that tapping into or displacing Linkedin with 300mill people using it every day.
I am in the process of changing jobs at the moment going through interviews etc (perhaps why I am subconsciously bashing these threads, thinking about it alot). I do understand what these guys are trying to do, in fact spent many hours studying it late last year - but if I was a business owner, not sure I would spend significant money on what they are offering (that is not to say that many businesses won't, I think there are many that will, but their program is pretty unique and specialized).
I really thought six months ago this was going to be a world changer, and I still think it has alot of potential but to be honest I am starting to see a few cracks - missed revenue forecasts, low followings on Linkedin, very very high market cap - let alone the state of world markets.
So for me it is a punt at this stage and I am happy to sit on the sidelines.
I hope it goes up to $20 for current holders, it is no real concern to me - my thing is really swing trades on stocks that I like...and totally based on buying dips, buying early, low risk/high reward situations.

I have spent a long time with this stock and am entitled to stating an opinion about it - if you disagree with my points fine - they are just my opinion based on my SOWT analysis - they could be wrong...if you disagree just state why no problem at all...it is a discussion forum).
