Key highlights of the Rights Issue:  Fully Underwritten Non-renounceable Rights Issue to raise circa $4.1 million  Rights issue on a 1:2 basis at an issue price of $0.03 per share  Funds raised will contribute towards expanding headcount, global sales footprint and working capital for product orders

I also noted that currently 88% is held by the top 20, also no doubt contributing to the liquidity issue, hopefully any increase to the free float will help.

As Pandon Holdings holds around 19% I would expect the 4 million raised to be put to good use.

Anyhow just a couple of my thoughts and all IMO, but I think there may be something brewing here still quite a small MC.

thanks for your thoughts herm, see how we go hey, early days but at least it looks like a potential significant suport in the process of being confirmed at a so hoping for some appreciation from here, at minimum we should be retesting the authenticity of the mid to higher levels of the Nov 2014 spike structure Something brewing! hope so.........I'am off for a coffee
