I don't think that is a fair comment. Doing the best deal is a complicated business. I think you will find that any well managed company trying to do a deal of this nature will appoint a merchant bank to help in the task. As any deal advances there will be lawyers and possibly accountants appointed. We do not want an amateur deal.
