I read this thread everyday and most posts read as if they're about any other company on the ASX: balance sheets, IPOs, shorting, financial strategy........ The lists go on an on.

But this is not like any other stock on the ASX.

Borrowing your analogy with the Melbourne Cup. This stock has as much chance of making it as the favorite (and yes, I know, the favorite often doesn't win). But the bookies are giving me 300:1. FFS put $500 on this and wait 6 months. If nothing else it's a bit of fun. If it wins, you can tell your grand children you backed it.
