As I said before - only a few months after merger with no license at Duncan facility it is likely that all money has gone to setting up infrastructure and supply chain as well as to fund agreements with subs etc.

It costs millions and millions to set up one of these MMPR facilities 5-15 million is not uncommon so if they were 85% done at merger and are now complete and ready for inspection I would assume that a large portion went there...

I would also assume that setting up the labs in Switzerland as well as aquiring product for extraction for their pills ate up a significant amount as well.

Although profit was lower than I anticipated (thought like 100k ish) I did not expect to see much in the way of sales of these pills in the first quarter of operations due to the above reasons alone.
Now add the PayPal speed bump in the mix and it is lucky that their was any profits at all.
I still think there won't be much to this until licensing and until second quarter of operation.

If I'm correct then they have sacrificed quick investor pleasing profits to build and establish a solid internal supply chain and infrastructure that will benefit us all greatly in the months to come.

In the meantime, if your selling, I'm buying
This is a great opportunity to dollar cost average down if the sp drops.

This issue goes to Management competence - they're running out of money and they just did a cap raise.

And there was NO PROFIT.

I was very concerned that the magically pivoted to an Aussie facility and instantly raised funds without taping existing shareholders. that was dilutive and disrespectful to existing holders.
