And another thing I find fishy is the fact that the deal was announced off via mutual agreement. Surely if things had of gone pear shaped then usually companies in my experience tend to pass the buck onto each other. They mutually agreed that it wouldn't work which suggests they are able to come to agreement. So why is it off if they have managed to agree on most things?
I think its due to timings and possibly ASX listing rules and the amount of time it took from DD to announce the deal was off, kind of supports my theory.
I'm most likely wrong but I'm just throwing it out there.
