I gave you a thumbs up, for a well written post explaining your position( its contrary to the majority of posters on this thread but still a valid opinion IMHO haha)
I still hold a small parcel after getting in a year ago( around the same price as it is now).
I fully agree with your statement "greater sp growth elsewhere for the time being".I made that decision and halved my ajx investment a couple of months ago.The ensuing investment left even more funds available to purchase ajx shares.
When i see further evidence of the sp increasing Ill be straight back in. I dont think itll be that long but i didnt expect my current parcel to be at the same value 12mths later either!
