You are clutching at straws stating negative cash flow has tripled , sure it has , but the reason is development costs are high , that is like expecting a mine explorer becoming a miner without spending any CAPEX on having to do a BFS and then build a plant and then spend money on consumables before the first gold pour
Maybe take an accountancy or valuation course and then come back and post a meaningful statement .
