    $1,794,000 revenue for the quarter consisting of cash and commitments from commercial customers and grantors.

    Does the commitments mean payments outstanding because product not yet delivered. Receipts for the quarter were $555,000 so $1,239,000 in orders yet to be produced and delivered as of 31/12/15.
