So many wave energy companies fail, not because of what they do in the water but because of what they do or don't do out of the water. CWE is proving that they are able to do both well.

The funds they have managed to accumulate before commercialisation will stand them in good stead when they apply for grants in Australia and overseas.

I think that investors realise this, hence the over subscription in the last cash raising. In other words, they are not just reliant on the punters.

MO said that he expects to get more grants this year. I believe he is right and that they will be substantial. At the very least they should be able to match the money that is already in the kitty.
