Wates, Puckridge and Cheema aren't there anymore. Gone, Kuput. They walked when IMI was suspended.
IMI is left with the three contractor Directors it has had for 4 or so years. Thee shareholder representatives have stumbled and stuttered and taken shareholders to a whole $8 in the bank (as at 31 December 2015). They have duffed several reverse takeover opportunities and blamed (without any explanation) the other party on each occasion.
With over 1 billion shares on issue IMI is not a shell worth progressing with. I believe the contract Directors are owed funds for unpaid "work" so I would think IMI is now about $150k in the red and maybe have an outstanding legal bill still to pay.
