I'm really impressed by the clout of the top 20, putting mcgovern & management in place. Hiding/not disclosing subscriber numbers when it is a performance measure....what a joke. Then the sub-standard reporting & the lack of disclosure/company update from november until february & then the biggest joke of all was the latest performance shares, especially the ones to gavin campion.
My take is that the top holders got together and told Steve to get his act together & that he is now running a publicly listed company & forget about the ridiculous performance shares.....there is more money going out than coming in!
I can imagine the disgust of Gandel & Thorney
Anyway great outcome & the $1.25-$2 performance shares probably hints at there is something big around the corner.
