The "internet of internets" has failed to show even the slightest signs of improvement. And once again, there is no detail to their reporting. Be nice to know where they spent all of their marketing money. Hopefully it wasn't on IWG key chains and bottle openers.

What happened to Telstra? It was their biggest and most promising announcement. Very disappointing.

Looks like they have 30 days or so to find some more capital and continue to give back to early investors via dilution. Their last raise took them off the market for 30 days and they were only able to raise $2m and borrow $1m. This one is going to be very painful. Hopefully the management will lose so much control that someone comes in that knows how to run a profitable software company.

Some positive news at this point would be a massive descrease in spending. Possibly even closing offices in areas where they have not had the slightest impact. Given their past, one would expect an announcement that they are now entering South America to advance into yet another market. Time for some consolidation cutting of employees that are non-producers.

They might also look to hire some people to take charge of thr company as a whole and get the current leadership out. The seem to be totally inept when it comes to managing money and producing even the slightest increase in revenues. Shareholders should be screaming for more transparency at this point. Their chances for a return on investment is dwindling. If something isn't done soon IWG might be another story for the history books.

For those of you comparing to CVT, it's a different company, different product and different founders. Might as well compare them to the early days of Google or Oracle if you want to try and ramp the stock some. At least those companies made money.
