How will the Company generate income?
"The Company's income will be derived from it's
underlying entitlement to dividends out of
profits generated by the following income generating
activities of the Wonhe Business:"
Wonhe Multimedia Commerce Ltd
which is incorporated out of China
will be getting 10% of the profits.
That's my interpretation of the prospectus but
you all better dyor.
The cash belongs in China and 10% of the profits going to WMC.
