Yes, tangible assets include cash as opposed to many many many 'Miners' who dig holes in dirt whilst going back to the market, cap in hand month after month with no more chance of finding a resource let alone financing getting it out of the ground if they happen upon one. Most are full of debt too unlike 1PG.

Tenaments are not usually sold for a meterial amount of money when one explorer has failed to find anything. Usually they go bust under the weight of debt and pay cents in the dollar after going into administration so I don't like the sounds of your business plan saying that a dud exploration site is worth anything.

Tangible also is customers on the books and revenue for 1PG albeit quite low at the moment. Show me a mining explorer who has any revenue? You know, tangible money coming in if you understand what that means.

These 'miners' by the way are not able to raise significant funds in the recent past at a much higher valuation to were the MC is trading at the moment. There was however attributable potential given to the suite of products by tech market analysts on 1PG and just as it overshot to the upside, it has overshot on the downside presenting a good risk/reward play. Let's see how it plays out over the next few qtrs.

You haven't been in the market long by the sounds DubSpec so I forgive your ignorance. You have to start somewhere, so best of luck for the future.

I also find humour in your comment that miners have predictable resale value. They are the opitimy of speculation. They are prisoner to the underlying commodity which most have been played like a casino in China lately. Also weather related issues, sovereign risk, worker health and safety problems, P&E and currency issues.

Go and 'invest' in a raft of broken 'miners' and come back and tell your story before you embaress yourself bloke.

A hole in the ground is tangible. Thanks that's funny.
