Howdy, I actually sent 2 emails to IR, the second one was a quite angry one as I didn't receive a reply from the first. Í was quite shocked to receive one direct from Joanna and I asked her if she would mind if I shared the email. Quite within her rights, she said she would rather I didn't copy and paste as it was a personal email between me and her. So sorry but I wont be sending the original email and quite frankly I dont really care if you believe me or not.
