If you look at the Realestate.com.au website, you'll see that they offer very little value added to renters. In fact, they have a section headed "Why pay rent" followed by a home loan calculator !!
Therein is the opportunity to engage renters. Products such as Rent Resume, Pet Resume all engender customer loyalty.
Renters account for one third of the property market. Clearly, nowhere near the high margin of Sales, but a huge market nonetheless.
