They realistically only have just over 2 weeks left to make an announcement about the purchase of the additional 75% whether it be good or bad, we will know in time.
As I've said before if the deal was falling through they would legally obligated to notify the market, so my confidence lies in the "no news means they are still finalising the deal". All IMO
