I have a feeling that the DD cost would be split over the three Qtr's (Sept, December & March). I doubt the cost of a DD would be all that much if TSN knows exactly what they are buying. The scope of the DD would be very limited and it would more of a "valuation" provided by BDO in order for the finance to stack for the banks purpose.
