Surplus King.. buy out/ like it or not .really is the only option here..for minority shareholders
in terms of any chance of at least "recouping' part/all of initial investment.
all be it at a potential loss..etc......

As a Top 20 shareholder, I would welcome such a move...after all I do not think
any shareholder could tolerate another 10 yrs of non performance at shareholder
value level...in particular passing on the stigma of holding shares that continue
to be worthless..over another generation..
