from the wording it sounds to me that they are already deploying those 270 batteries as planned:

"From January 2017, Flex has commenced consistent production"
...
"has committed to a minimum supply of 90 batteries in each month of the first quarter"
...
"for a total of at least 270 batteries "

From my perspective RFX is now further de-risked
