In general in financial services valuations appear to be based more on revenue then net profit.
It is difficult to know what the revenue represents in this case as it is a mix of various income classes I'm sure.
Either way $9.6 mill in a quarter is nothing to sneeze at.
With the restrictions on advice from 1 July last year (accountants can't provide SMSF advice etc) - this leads to a growing pool of revenue for companies such as this.
This is why the model they have is so good, you have everything in house.
