december and january would normally be lower than other months due to festive season. It is a common feature amongst job advertisers if you care to take to do some research. The report is in my opinion fairly positive with most metrics heading in the right direction. Keys for me where revenues and costs and they are doing well. positive cashflows is a balancing act so no issues there in this report. It's looking good for 2017
