Someone mentioned Terry's remuneration package at $450k, which is the cash equivalent of over $1200 per day, 365 days a year.
He is corporate, not tech. He should have had a product out by now....pick some low hanging fruit....a simple test for say, peanut or milk products within meals. Can you imagine number of schools, restaurants and homes that would have them. Something like a thermometer.
Would prove the product, that they can produce and give a revenue stream.
Instead we get endless changes in direction, staff hiring and firing (the marketing person lasted about a 2 months), a PR company that is paid but obviously not used, key advances not announced to market and supposed key advances (batch testing) that also doesn't get announced to market.
We have 'priority targets' that are basically broad brush strokes with absolutely no detail....I mean what will the Spectrometre do that others on the market can't? Is the LumiMEMS on hold or shelved?
Apart from the questions of continuous disclosure, it leaves shareholders completely in the dark.
Worse, they give just enough to keep many hanging on.
