From memory ADO bought DiaSource on the 2014 calendar year figures of around Eur 12 million income, which has now grown to now be Eur 16.3 million so greater than 30% increase, and EBITDA (profit) of around Eur 2.3 million, which has now grown nearly 50% to Eur 3.3 million, so unless we paid through the nose, it should be worth potentially 50% more based on the same PE, but with the growth factor we should be running on a much higher PE, as the annual growth in sales and profit and wasnt there when we bought it.
