1st quarter 4C out now . So last year the excuse for poor performance was difficulties with Appointuit integration and legal distractions (see Annual report). This quarterly and April 4 months into new year and still stagnant and no direction. Extremely high staff turnover, bullying rife in the workplace from the Board down, Board members left including founder of Bluepoint one of their supposedly staff acquisitions,  all founders of Appointuit left, No clinical lead in whole business, failed sales manager / director remains pushing the same strategy that failed last year. Chairman is the only source of funding and runs a dictatorship with little commercial sense What a recipe.
