Truphone aren't really a competitor, they only do mobile recording and not very good across APAC. In Australia for example they only offer 3g mobile data.
They also don't offer traditional PBX, cloud or Skype for Business (traditional and next generation voice and mobility recording)
NICE is in a class of their own, legacy on prem recording for tier one customers with cloud recording also but typically hosted in specific services without a direct / public per seat offering, nor would they bother playing in the space Dubber is chasing.
As for someone else's comments around 90 days invoicing to payment, that's usually worst case so for once they're downplaying so they can over deliver no doubt.
