If they get another Pegasus size deal with immediate orders then there will need to be a CR, not that it would be a bad thing in that eventuality. It will take a few quarters of cash flow positive or a decent upfront payment from a license agreement to make a CR unlikely IMO, as it stands "definitely no need for a CR" is a statement that could easily change due to unforeseen circumstances like general course of business as the company has been so off the mark when it comes to predictions. We shall wait and see.
