That's pretty naive to rule it out 100%. Do directors always do what they say? Of course not. Circumstances can change. With the rate they are burning cash they are depending heavily on cash coming in faster than it goes out. What happens if they get slow paying debtors or bad debtors? They may be able to get by by increasing the debt facility. What I'm saying is that the market will appreciate a stronger balance sheet and they can remove some uncertainty by doing a placement.
