Unless i'm mistaken, they're inserting things into people's brains - can't really rush that and probably availability of surgeons, things like after-treatment care/home-care for patients, recovery rooms in hospitals, monitoring, all sorts of things are involved - 1 small delay anywhere could derail the whole process.. I agree with the "no bad news is good news", they just haven't been completed yet, and it will be announced when they are completed
