If I understand the strategy correctly we could have gone for a deal 6 months ago and got another Genentech style deal with a few mill and lots of promise (don't get me wrong - I think that deal is going to deliver on those promises - especially since one of our new directors is a major fan) but holding on and developing the data pack correctly increases both the probability of success and payoff - into the 10s or possibly 100s of millions if it works.
